Framing offcuts, engineered-lumber scrap, plywood sheathing remnants. Typically 85–95% clean — the cleanest Mothership loads in the corridor.
Commercial Construction
Formwork, hoarding, temporary bracing, pallet accumulation. Requires Compliance Gate discipline to keep the treated formwork sleepers out.
Renovations & Reno-Add
Higher Visual Fallacy risk: weathered CCA deck boards, painted trim, laminated cabinetry. AMBER band loads get dual-model consensus.
Demolition
Highest contamination risk. Often requires pre-sort or a separate mixed stream. We scope on-site before quoting.
Industrial Retrofits
