How the Swap Works
Call dispatch or submit the swap request in the Digital Refinery app. We have the full bin pulled and a clean bin staged within 24 hours on the Hamilton / GTA corridor. Compliance Gate runs on the outbound load — your net weight, classification, and Hold-to-Seal chain of custody are recorded at the moment the truck leaves.
Standard Swap
24-hour window. Roll-off or Walking Floor. Single flat-rate per swap, no pull-fee surprises.
Rush Swap
Same-day when the calendar allows. Carrier rush fee at cost (transparent on invoice).
Recurring Program
High-volume GCs or demo sites: weekly / bi-weekly FIFO cycle, contract rate, priority dispatch.
Final Pull
Last bin out. Decoupled Invoice + Digital Product Passport + Carbon Dividend summary within 48 hours.
